I added a background color. Hurray for color. Although I love to wear white clothes, Mom says I look so much better in color, and that I need to wear my colorful clothes. Of course, she's right. :) (How did I get on that rabbit trail?) Anyway, I played with different colors and decided that green was by far the best of any others I tried (pink, coral, lavender, burgandy...) The only problem is that the blue links look tacky now. I'll have to figure out how to change that later. The only bad thing about adding the background color, changing the color of the links and so forth, is that I'm doing it on each individual page, rather than with CSS which would allow me to apply changes to my entire website at one time, and not have to change each individual page. That would be great, and I just need to take the time to figure out how to do CSS. Unfortuately, it's not a top priority right now...and it probably won't happen this year because school will be starting as soon as we get back home from our music camps and TP Media in NY.

Siblings...they are wonderful! And I have some of the finest. I just love it when Jadon laughs. It's so funny...and he enjoys it too. lol...

My brother, father, and I went to TeenPact National Convention in GA back in June. We had a wonderful time, neither Jordan or I were elected (in fact, we didn't even make it out of primaries, :) but we learned a lot. Pretty bland explanation....more on that later.

I re-designed my website a little, but I really want to add more color...brighten it up. More changes coming...

This is very interesting- although I'm not sure how I'd use it. Watch this...(Hint: start at the right of the next line.)
Can you read text when it's written from the right to the left? It might take a little extra work, and a mirror probably won't help.
Interesting? Maybe, if you wrote with Hebrew characters (letters).

My newest project is re-writing the Constitution of the United States in Modern English. It should prove to be an interesting experience. Hopefully it will help me learn the Constitution better, and remember it, too.

Oh, and by the way, Brietta has updated her "April Pictures" page with some commentary. Much more interesting then my pictures-only version. Go take a look.

I just learned something else about computers; CASH is not spelled that way. It's spelled CACHE. Oh, well. I have so much to learn!

May 6, 2006~

I just learned something new about computers! I noticed that after I uploaded a page I had changed, I didn't always see the new version until after I hit the "refresh" button on the browser. Jordan told me that was because the computer was loading the page from CASH (I didn't ask what that was). So if you aren't seeing anything new on my website, try hitting F5, or the "refresh" button on your internet browser. Hopefully you'll see this new post...because if you don't, it won't do much good. :) But then again, if you do see it, you probably wouldn't need to know that information anyway.

TeenPact was a wonderful week! I learned so much more than I expected, and grew in a number of ways. Ever since we've been back (we drove home Saturday, April 22), I've been working on a webpage to show everyone what we learned and did at TeenPact. The link is below (the picture of the Capitol). I'll keep adding more pictures and details to the page as I have time, so come back!

My brother, Jordan and I will be going to a TeenPact four-day state class next week. It's a very in-depth government and civics program. Take a look at their website. I hope to get some interesting pictures of Austin, and the Capitol. Pray for us!

Hello! Welcome to my website. This website is under construction, so if something doesn't work, try back later. I'll try not to put links up until they will actually work. Several pictures on this website are actually hyperlinks, and will take you to other pages, so click around! They are generally the tiny pictures on the page, and often at the bottom. Let me know what you think!
